This is a large urn - 275 cubic inch capacity. Dimensions are 10 inches wide and 10 inches tall. The rich colored Mesquite is accented with bead-like bands on the main body and on the lid. This accenting is cut, burned, inked and painted into the wood. The lid is fastened with a brass threaded ring. 3 "butterfly" patches are inserted on natural cracks to stabilize the wood. A turquoise stone was shaped to fit the top of the lid. A beautiful, distinctive urn to honor a loved one.
